§1. Postanowienia ogólne

Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z aplikacji Turbo Fps („Aplikacja”) oraz strony internetowej Turbo Fps („Strona”). Autorem Aplikacji jest The_Hagridek („Autor”). Kontakt: .

§2. Licencja

• Aplikacja jest darmowa i możesz jej używać na swoich komputerach do celów prywatnych.
• Nie wolno sprzedawać Aplikacji, udostępniać jej zmienionych wersji pod nazwą Turbo Fps ani podszywać się pod Autora.
• Możesz polecać Aplikację innym, udostępniając link do oficjalnej Strony.

§3. Jak działa Aplikacja

• Aplikacja zmienia wybrane ustawienia systemu Windows (m.in. powiadomienia, autostart, aplikacje w tle, telemetrię, plan zasilania, efekty wizualne) i do tego potrzebuje uprawnień administratora.
• Przed optymalizacją Aplikacja tworzy punkt przywracania systemu i zapisuje poprzednie ustawienia, które można przywrócić przyciskiem „Cofnij zmiany”.
• Funkcje czyszczenia trwale usuwają pliki (np. pliki tymczasowe, zawartość Kosza). Usuniętych plików nie da się przywrócić.
• Każdą zmianę uruchamiasz sam, a Aplikacja przed nią wyjaśnia, co zostanie zrobione.

§4. Odpowiedzialność

• Aplikacja jest udostępniana „tak jak jest”, bez gwarancji określonego wzrostu wydajności czy liczby klatek na sekundę. Efekty zależą od komputera i gry.
• Korzystasz z Aplikacji na własną odpowiedzialność. W granicach dozwolonych przez prawo Autor nie odpowiada za szkody wynikłe z jej używania.
• Przed większymi zmianami w systemie zalecamy zrobić kopię ważnych plików.

§5. Wymagania

Windows 10 lub 11 (64-bit), uprawnienia administratora. Do sprawdzania aktualizacji i licznika aktywnych osób potrzebny jest internet. Bez internetu Aplikacja działa normalnie.

§6. Aktualizacje

Aplikacja przy uruchomieniu sprawdza, czy jest nowa wersja. Aktualizacja instaluje się dopiero po twoim kliknięciu „Aktualizuj teraz”.

§7. Zmiany regulaminu

Autor może zmienić regulamin, np. po dodaniu nowych funkcji. Aktualna wersja zawsze jest dostępna na tej stronie, z datą obowiązywania u góry.

Polityka prywatności

Aplikacja

• Aplikacja nie zbiera danych osobowych: imienia, adresu e-mail, plików, historii przeglądania ani informacji o twoim komputerze.
• Licznik aktywnych osób: gdy Aplikacja jest włączona (także w tle), co około 2 minuty wysyła losowy, anonimowy numer instalacji. Na serwerze zapisywany jest tylko ten numer i czas ostatniego sygnału. Przy zamknięciu Aplikacji wpis jest usuwany, a nieaktywne wpisy znikają automatycznie po 24 godzinach.
• Aktualizacje: Aplikacja pobiera ze Strony plik z numerem najnowszej wersji i ewentualnie nowy instalator.
• Ustawienia Aplikacji (motyw, kolor, język, kopia ustawień do „Cofnij zmiany”) są zapisane tylko na twoim komputerze.

Strona

• Strona nie używa narzędzi analitycznych ani reklam i nie śledzi odwiedzających.
• Strona pobiera z serwera aktualną liczbę osób korzystających z Aplikacji.

Serwery

Strona i licznik działają na serwerach Cloudflare. Jak każdy serwer w internecie, Cloudflare technicznie widzi adres IP przy połączeniu, żeby móc odesłać odpowiedź. Autor nie zapisuje adresów IP w swojej bazie danych.

Twoje prawa

Masz prawo pytać, jakie dane są przetwarzane, oraz żądać ich usunięcia. Ponieważ zapisujemy wyłącznie losowy numer bez związku z twoją osobą, zwykle nie da się go do ciebie przypisać. Jeśli chcesz, żeby twój numer przestał być liczony, odinstaluj Aplikację albo usuń plik client_id z folderu %APPDATA%\Turbo Fps. W sprawach prywatności napisz: .

Ciasteczka

Strona nie używa ciasteczek śledzących, reklamowych ani analitycznych. W pamięci twojej przeglądarki (localStorage) zapisuje tylko trzy rzeczy, żeby strona działała wygodnie:

• tf-theme: wybrany motyw (jasny, ciemny albo systemowy),
• tf-cookies: informację, że zamknąłeś okienko o ciasteczkach.

Możesz je w każdej chwili usunąć, czyszcząc dane strony w ustawieniach przeglądarki.

Terms of use

1. General

These terms describe the rules for using the Turbo Fps app (the “App”) and the Turbo Fps website (the “Website”). The App is made by The_Hagridek (the “Author”). Contact: .

2. License

• The App is free and you may use it on your own computers for personal purposes.
• You may not sell the App, distribute modified versions under the Turbo Fps name or impersonate the Author.
• You can recommend the App to others by sharing a link to the official Website.

3. How the App works

• The App changes selected Windows settings (e.g. notifications, startup apps, background apps, telemetry, power plan, visual effects) and needs administrator rights to do so.
• Before optimizing, the App creates a system restore point and saves your previous settings, which you can restore with the “Undo changes” button.
• Cleanup features permanently delete files (e.g. temporary files, Recycle Bin contents). Deleted files cannot be restored.
• You start every change yourself, and the App explains what will be done beforehand.

4. Liability

• The App is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of a specific performance or frame rate increase. Results depend on your PC and game.
• You use the App at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for any damage resulting from its use.
• We recommend backing up important files before major system changes.

5. Requirements

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and administrator rights. Internet is needed to check for updates and for the active users counter. Without internet the App works normally.

6. Updates

When started, the App checks for a new version. An update is installed only after you click “Update now”.

7. Changes to these terms

The Author may change these terms, e.g. after adding new features. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date at the top.

Privacy policy

The App

• The App does not collect personal data: no name, e-mail address, files, browsing history or information about your computer.
• Active users counter: while the App is running (also in the background), it sends a random, anonymous installation number about every 2 minutes. The server stores only that number and the time of the last signal. The entry is removed when you close the App, and inactive entries are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Updates: the App downloads a file with the latest version number from the Website and, if needed, a new installer.
• App settings (theme, color, language, the backup for “Undo changes”) are stored only on your computer.

The Website

• The Website uses no analytics or ads and does not track visitors.
• The Website loads the current number of people using the App from the server.

Servers

The Website and the counter run on Cloudflare servers. Like any server on the internet, Cloudflare technically sees the IP address of a connection in order to send a response. The Author does not store IP addresses in its database.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data is processed and to request its deletion. Since we only store a random number that isn't linked to you, it usually can't be matched to you. If you want your number to stop being counted, uninstall the App or delete the client_id file from the %APPDATA%\Turbo Fps folder. For privacy matters, contact: .

Cookies

The Website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. It only saves three things in your browser's storage (localStorage) to make the Website convenient:

• tf-lang: your chosen language,
• tf-theme: your chosen theme (light, dark or system),
• tf-cookies: that you closed the cookie notice.

You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
